Es gratificante aprender que la bondad es intuitiva. Pero el artículo también dijo que los seres humanos tenemos una predisposición a ser crueles. El artículo dijo que el entorno marca una gran diferencia. Creo que normalmente fomentamos la bondad y desalentamos la crueldad. Me gustaría que reforzáramos la bondad y mostráramos desaprobación por la crueldad.

Parece que algunas personas, como pandillas y Putin y otros dictadores, desean un mundo que promueva la crueldad. Si ser amable hace que los trabajadores sean más productivos, quizás las empresas comiencen a enseñar bondad. La bondad es realmente un ganar-ganar. El mundo sería mejor si todos haremos lo que podamos.
