Yo hago mucha variedad en my programa de ejercicios. Yo voy a clase en Barry’s Bootcamp como una pieza de mi programa. Durante el clase, hay una competencia informal para ve corre el mas largo en diez minutos. No soy bueno con la resistencia, pero soy bueno muy rápido cuando corro a toda velocidad. Para una competencia, yo corrí a toda velocidad por dos minutos a la vez hasta que estuvo cansado. Al final, yo corri dos y media millas - el mejor distancia en el clase. Por el premio, yo recibí un batido de proteínas gratis.
