Lo que el artículo dijo es la verdad por muchos de mis amigos, sino no para mi. Pienso que muchas personas no escuchan música nueva tampoco, solamente están escuchando música de los 80s o 70s o 60s. Si no la escuchan, no pudieran aprender a gustar música nueva.

La música que me encanta es más reciente. También, mi lista cambia cada año. Reciente, mi lista incluyo Fight Song por Rachel Platten y Shut Up and Dance por Walk the Moon. Me gusta el mensaje de Fight Song, que es no dejar de intentar.

Recuerdo cuando oí Ojos Asi por Shakira por la primera vez, conduciendo mi coche en Palo Alto después de trabajo. Oí Oreja de Van Gogh en Sevilla en 2000 de una tiendita al lado del río. Me gusta las canciones inspiracional como Man in the Mirror por Michael Jackson.

La lista mía de 25 canciones más tocado en mi iPhone incluye Dog Days are Over por Florence & The Machine, The Edge of Glory por Lady Gaga y, por supuesto, Living on a Prayer por Bon Jovi. Me gusta Living on a Prayer por la historia de la lucha. Me encanta también Set Fire to the Rain por Adele a causa de la imagen inusual de lluvia quemando.
