El artículo sobre los colores me recordó una ambigüedad en japonés que me planteó dificultades cuando era niña. Hay dos palabras para denominar el color verde: “aoi" y “midori". Ahora yo sé, “aoi” cobra colores desde el índigo hasta el verde un poco azulado, y “midori” el verde de hojas. Pero cuando era pequeña, estaba un poco mezclada, porque al mismo tiempo mi madre llamaba el cielo y el semáforo que significaba “ir” por “aoi”. Ademas, las verduras de color verde oscuro también eran “aoi”. Acabo de buscar más detalles en internet para saber si esa diferencia en vocabulario llevaba a una diferencia de percepción pero el asunto todavía parece estar en debate.
