Admito que no pienso sobre el sonida de comida, ni tampoco piense "el sonar es el sabor olvidado". Es verdad que las comidas que tienen el sonida son las que son crujiente o crocante (por ejemplo papas fritas, manzanas, pepinos, rabanitos, nueces). A mi me gustan éstas texturas, y añadio a las comidas por la textura que conferen. Después de leí el artículo, comí varias nueces. Necesito concentrarme en masticar y en escuchar el sonido hecho por masticasión las nueces crujientes. No creo que el sonida hizo que las nueces saben mejor.

Estoy más sensible al sonida ambiente cuando como. A mi me gusta un cuarto silencio o tranquilo así que puedo oir la otra person/personas. Si la música toque prefiero la música clásica. No me gustan los restaurantes o los cuartos que son muy ruidosos con música fuerte o otras personas con voces altas. Los restaurantes en la Filadelfia son de malas famas por ambientes ruidosos.
