Hay un día que me gusta recordar. Es cuando yo y mi familia fuimos a visitar un rancho cerca de Petaluma.

El rancho cría bufalos para usar su leche para hacer mozzarella queso. La propietaria es una mújer y nos dio una buena charla explicando como se maneja lo rancho y como se hace el queso.

Habia cuarenta bufalos pastando en los campos. La propietaria considera a los bufalos como su mascotas y la escuchan casi como perros. Cada uno tiene el nombre de un rockstar.
