Esta semana, aprendĂ un poco sobre las trufas, un typo de hongo qui crece en la tierra. HabĂa una articula en el periĂłdico San Francisco Chronicle sobre las trufas negras en el norte de California. Es dice, que este año es el primero año cuando docenas de granjas en el norte de California ha podido crecer trufas negras, y este invierno las trufas son vendido como delicadezas en restaurantes locales.
