En esta época estoy muy agradecida vivir en una ciudad con mucho acceso a la naturaleza. Vivo muy cerca de dos parques muy grandes, y también puedo caminar a la playa en solo treinta minutos. Es una ventaja enorme de mi barrio. Por eso, completamente vale la pena de vivir acá, un poco más lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero muy cerca a la belleza natural de San Francisco. Trato de caminar, correr, o simplemente pasar un rato en el aire libre cada día. Para mí, la naturaleza me ayuda mucho con el estrés y la ansiedad. Me siento mucho más relejada cuando tengo acceso al sol, al aire fresco, y a los sonidos de los pájaros y otros sonidos de la naturaleza.
