This course is designed for people who have no previous experience with Spanish language or who want a fresh start. Students learn the basics of Spanish. This includes pronunciation, introductions, and phrases about feelings and place. 

In addition to simple conversation, students learn basic reading and writing using multimedia sources, including periodicals, music, and blogs in Spanish.  Lessons are inclusive and interactive. Instructors encourage students to speak with each other in Spanish in a casual and fun environment. 

Classes run once a week for one and a half hours.
