Be guided through gentle yoga poses while learning Spanish words and grammar associated with yoga. Whether you are a yoga instructor, a seasoned practitioner, or a beginner, this will prove to be a relaxing and unique learning experience. The workshop will be led by Romina, the director of SF Spanish, and Maria, a Venezuelan native who is a certified yoga instructor. Romina will begin with explanations of Spanish yoga terms (45 mins) and then Maria will move on to practicing the poses and stretches themselves (1 hr and 15 mins).

This workshop is open to all levels of yoga and Spanish abilities.
