Al que madruga

A mí me encanta dormir. Por las mañanas, es mi actividad favorita. El botón de repetición es mi amigo mejor. Pero, después de leer este artículo, me empezó a gustar la idea de despertarse más temprano. Aunque no estoy de acuerdo con cada tema en el artículo, me dio el sentido que dormir demasiado es igual que la falta de actividad y motivación. Como el estado mental se pone más lento, y el cerebro se envejece, me parece cierto que dormir demasiado puede hacer daño.
