Pan de bananas

Los ingredientes:

3 bananas grandes

250 ml azúcar

1 huevo

59 ml mantequilla

375 ml harina

5 ml cada sal y bicarbonato

Machaca los bananas por aproximadamente 250 ml. Bate en azúcar, entonces el huevo y la mantequilla. En otro cuenco, mezcle la harina, la sal y el bicarbonate. Combina con la mezcla de banana y revuelva hasta que toda la harina esté húmeda. Vierte la masa en…
