La nueva Ley de Lenguas en Paraguay

Cuando un país declara una lengua indígena para ser uno de los idiomas oficiales, se va bien para todos. Esta medida ayuda los indígenas para mantener sus identidades étnicas porque ellos no tienen que asimilarse en la cultura española. Además se lo da oportunidades para mejorar sus posiciones económicas porque habrá nuevos puestos en el gobierno y las escuelas para las personas que hablan guaraní. Los escritores, los cantantes, y otras artistas también podrán publicar sus obras en guaraní.

Además esta medida hace seguro que el guaraní no se pierde del mundo. Cuando una lengua hablaba por un pequeño numero de las personas en el mundo, normalmente se perdió porque los padres no se lo enseñan a sus hijos. Si la lengua es protegido por la ley, los padres se lo enseñarán. Lo importante es que la lengua continua ser un idioma del mundo.
