Tarea para clase de Carmen (1 de diciembre)

La accion de gracias fue simple y buena. Decidamos a cambiar el estofado japones para un plato frances porque ya cocinamos este plato japones la semana pasada. Pero en la tarde, fuimos al cine y vimos una pelicula que trata de la cocina japonesa. Fue muy divertida. Despues de la pelicula, yo cocine un "Parmentier" de pato. Es un specialidad frances de pastel de carne picada con puree de patato, pero cambie la carne de res para la carne de pato. Muy delicioso. Por Black Friday, camine con una amiga en Tennessee Valley en Marin para agotar las calorias de la accion de gracias. Me parecia que estuve en Irlanda porque el camino fue un drama verde y gris, y el viento fue el personage principal.
