Fue interesante aprender sobre la historia del fin de semana. Nunca había pensado de esta historia, y es impossible imaginar nuestra vida sin el fin de semana. Para mí, el fin de semana es una oportunidad a relajarme, divertirme con mis amigos, y hacer cosas afuera. Son dos días cuando puedo correr, esquiar, viajar, o simplemente ver una película.

Pero lo más importante es que el fin de semana es un descanso del trabajo. Es tiempo libre para mi cerebro y para mi cuerpo.

Me encantaría si tuviéramos una semana laboral de cuatro días, pero no creo que lo pasará pronto. Un cambio tan grande necesita mucho tiempo para suceder, y tristemente nuestra estructura de trabajo es muy fija en nuestra cultura.
