Este semana yo estoy empezando mi nuevo trabajo, quál es una nueva compañía tambien! Es un nueva experiencia para mi, y yo creo que este experiencia va a muy diferente que mis otros trabajos. Primero, hay no jerarquía porque hay pocas personas. No necesita directors, o departamentos como cada persona es un departamento. Es muy bueno! Pero también, hay no departamentos como HR o IT o otros departamentos de apoyo, entonces tu necesitas hacer todos. Por ejemplo, hoy yo estoy escribando un nueva descripción del puesto, y también yo necesito buscando qual programa nosotros usaríamos para lo. Segundo, hay no horario tu necesitas seguir. Todos los días tu necesitas pensar que actividad es el mejor importante, y lo haces. Nadie te dice que hacer. Es muy bueno! Pero también, si tu no sabes que hacer, nadie te dice que hacer, y tu necesita encontrar el repuesta. Por ultimo, es emocionado y intimidante. Las posibilidades es enorme, pero las razónes porque tu vas a fallar es enorme también. Me siente feliz que yo puedo probar hacerlo, y yo voy a aprender mucho en este viaje.
