El articulo que leé esta semana habló de la dieta japonés, y como puede influir la salud y la longevidad. Al menos en los ratones, que comieron una dieta rica en algas, mariscos, legumbres, frutas y fermentados tradicionales, y evitando comidas con azucar, hicieron que los ratones se quedaban más sanos mientras envejecían.
