No sabía mucho sobre Oaxaca antes miré el episodio. Es una ciduad muy bonita y la comida se ve increíble. Nunca, he probado alugna de la comida antes como memelas. Los empanadas se ven muy diferentes que a las unos en Argentina. El exterior se parece más a una tortilla y en Buenos Aires se parece más a la masa. También, no tuve probé tlayudas. Parece un poco como una quesadilla. Piedrazos & aguas frescas es un plato muy interesante. Los diferente frutas parecen realmente intrigantes también. Estoy pensando el clima caliente hace que las bebidas más atractivas.

La mujer en el episodio es muy fuerte y persistente. Fue increíble lo que podia hacer sin entrenamiento real. Me gusto lo simple que son las memelas. Es solo unos pocos ingreientes pero bien hechos. Me pregunto si hay un restaurant en San Francisco tiene comida traditional Oaxaca. Espero visitarlo algún día.
