Consejos para mejorar la piel

Es importante cuidarse la piel, especialmente como se madura. Por lo menos, se lava la cara antes de acostarse. Es mejor bañarse que ducharse y usar agua tibia en vez de agua caliente. Agua caliente seca la piel. También, es mejor no bañarse cada día, pero bañarse cada otro día. Se cuida cuando se lava la piel de la cara porque es delicada. Después, se pone una crema hidratante. Se aplica una mascarilla cada semana. Se compran buenas cremas y mascarillas en la tienda se llama Origins. Finalmente, no se debe olvidar ponerse protector solar cuando en el sol. Y no olvídese ponerlo en los labios.
