Me relaciono con el parte del artículo que dice que usamos la tecnología para evitar el trabajo. Cuando estoy trabajando, tengo que poner mi teléfono en el modo “silencio” y guardarlo en algún lugar fuera de mi alcance. Si no hago esto, estoy tentada a mirar Instagram, leer las noticias, o enviar mensajes de texto a mis amigas. Es muy fácil para mí distraerme con mi teléfono, aunque los teléfonos inteligentes también pueden ser una herramienta poderosa. Creo que están diseñados intencionalmente para ser adictivos, por lo que dedicamos más tiempo a nuestros teléfonos.
