Yo tengo un reloj inteligente (un Apple Watch). Para algunas métricas es muy útil; para otras sé que no es muy preciso. Por ejemplo, cuando corro, me gusta usar mi reloj para controlar mi ritmo y frecuencia cardíaca. Sin embargo, no presto mucha atención a las calorías que dice que quemo al correr, porque he oído que pueden ser muy inexactas.

My reloj también ofrece datos de V02 max, como dice el artículo. Sé que el número exacto puede no ser preciso, pero presto atención a la tendencia a lo largo del tiempo. Para mí, es un dato interesante para entender más sobre mi salud general.
