Suzhou, la ciudad China que copia puentes de todo el mundo

Mi búsqueda de las atracciones turísticas en Suzhou solamente me mostró jardínes hermosos y templos antigos y no mencionó nada sobre las réplicas de los puentes ni otros tipos de edificios extranjeros. No obstante, después de teclear "Tower Bridge, Suzhou", surgieron muchos artículos muy críticos de la "duplitectura" allá. Creo que es porque muchos chinos la ven como una traicion de la rica cultura de la ciudad. Es fácil entender su desdén; es como Disneyland a gran escala.

En cambio, me pregunto ¿porqué no hacemos lo mismo a través de nuestra bahía? No me molestaría si construyéramos un Tower Bridge aquí con 4 torres. De hecho lo más pienso en esta idea lo más me gusta. ¡Todo el mundo sabe que necesitamos más puentes!
