Event Description

Start the summer with a Spanish novel

 
This July, we will go back in time with the Aztecs in the Spanish novel El corazón de piedra verde (in English, called The Heart of Jade). This book is a great example of Spanish language, and its author Salvador de Madariaga was nominated for both the Nobel Prize in Literature and the Nobel Peace Prize.
 
Start reading now! This is a two-part workshop. The first part will take place on Friday, July 14, and the second on Friday, July 21. Both sessions will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 pm in the Fillmore Office.
