hi jody,
romina suggested we pass on the homework/lesson to you, so here goes.
part of homework:
write about your week/weekend. Use present and past (to be and -AR verbs). try to use tener and llamarse.
we learned two reflexive verbs, tener (to have) and llarmse (roughtly translated to: to call oneself)
yo tengo
tu tienes
el tiene
nosotros tenemos
ellos tienen
this is always used when you say your age. "i have 39 years" you have to add anos or it doesn't make sense
tengo 39 anos.
llamarse
yo me llamo
tu te llamas
el se llama
nosotros nos llamamos
ellos se llaman
como se llame ella? what is her name?
como se llama el restaurante?
we did past tense of -AR verbs
present of estudiar (to study):
yo estudio
tu estudias
el estudia
nos. estudiamos
ellos estudian
past:
yo estudie (accent on e)
tu estiaste
el estudio (accent on o)
nos. estudiamos (same as present)
ellos estudiaron
we have a worksheet with 20 questions/verbs to conjugate. she wants us to conjugate (verbs) in present and past.
