Creo que soy un buen cocinero, al menos mejor que la mayoría. Cuando estaba en la universidad, tenía un trabajo de medio tiempo como cocinero en un restaurante Cajún cerca del campus. Aunque ya no trabajo como cocinero hoy, todavía me gusta cocinar para mis amigos y compañeros de apartamento.

Hace dos semanas, fui a Nashville por unos dias para mi trabajo. Fue una de las primeras veces que estuve en el sur. Porque siempre he vivido en estados “azules”, estoy nervioso cuando viajo a estados “rojos” pero sabía que Nashville es una ciudad más progresista que las otras en Tennessee.
