Querida Sandra,

Como estás? Hace mucho tiempo desde la ultima vez que nos hablamos. Que tal todo en Oaxaca? Has estado haciendo ropa bonita ultimamente? Cuando llevo tu camisa, me da la gente muchos cumplidos.

Todavía estudio español con una escuela en San Francisco, pero todas las clases son por el internet ahora. Leimos un articulo muy interesante acerca de la remolacha. Según parece, no siempre ha tenido extractos purpúreos. La remolacha es de brillante escarlata por el compuesto betalaína, que contiene tirosina, un aminoácido. Que fascinante, no?
