Las Galletas de Chocolate

 

10 onzas chocolate sin azucar, picado

½ tazas y 2 cucharillas harina

3 cucharas cacao en polvo, sin azúcar

¼ cucharillas polvo de homear

¼ chucarillas sal

1 taza y 1 cuchara azúcar

5 chucharas mantequilla sin sal, temperatura ambiente

3 huevos grandes

1 ½ charillas esencia de vainilla

6 onzas pedacitos de chocolate

 

  1. Precalentamos el homo a 350 grados Farenheit.  Cubrimos una placa para horno con papel de pargamino.

 

  1. Derretimos el chocolate picado sobre la estufa y lo refrigeramos por diez minutos.

 

  1. En un recipiente mediano, mezclamos la harina, cacoa en polvo, polvo de homear, y sal.

 

  1. En un recipiente aparte, batimos azúcar y mantequilla hasta que lo desmigaje con facilidad.  Despúes, agregamos los huevos, de a uno.  Mezclamos hasta que lo sea ligero, pálido, y cremoso (cinco minutos).

 

  1. Agregamos el chocolate derretido y la esencia de vainilla y batimos hasta que lo sea integrados.  Agregamos los ingredients secos y pedacitos de chocolate. 

 

  1. Ponemos bolos de la mezcla sobre la placa para horno y los horneamos por 15 minutors, mas o menos.
