Me gustaría comer muchas de las comidas que fueron descritas en el articulo. Por ejemplo, yo querría tratar trufas blancas un día. Tuve trufas negras, pero sería interesante tratar trufas blancas y ver si habría diferencias. Algunos ejemplos en el articulo no cuestan demasiado. Por ejemplo, ostras en la area de la bahía costarían viente or treinta dólares por una docena. Además, algunas comidas tienen substitutos razonables. Si jamón ibérico oficial sería demasiado caro para vos, existen jamones buenos que no están ibéricos. Además, si no pondrías permitirte caviar de beluga, existen alternativas mas barrados como huevas de salmón o huevas de trucha, las cuales son deliciosos. Finalmente, algunas de las comidas en el articulo son sobrevalorados en mi opinion. Por ejemplo, carne de Kobe es lleno de grasa y yo prefería un lomo bueno de Argentina o Estados Unidos. También, no yo trataría Kopi Luwak, lo suena asqueroso.
