Nunca he visitado a España, pero tengo muchas ganas de viajar allí algún día. La mayoría de mis estudios de español se enfocaron en Latinoamérica: sus dialectos, literatura, historias, culturas, y geografía. Por eso, antes de ver este documental tenía muy pocos conocimientos sobre la España medieval y la Alhambra.

Me gustaría aprender más sobre la historia de los musulmanes en España. En la universidad tomé una clase se llama "La historia de la lengua española." Aprendí sobre el desarrollo lingüístico de latín al castellano moderno, incluye las influencias del árabe en el español. Era interesante ver este documental y aprender un poco más sobre la arquitectura árabe en España, y sus influencias históricas.
