Tarea para Carmen - Hablar sobre ejercicio

Usualmente hago ejercicio 4-5 veces en la semana. Me gusta ejercicio. Tengo suerte porque tengo un gimnasio en mi edificio. En una semana normal hago llevar pesas todos los días que ejercicio. Hago cardio todos los días también. Me gusta ir una clase de yoga todas las semanas.

Ejercicio porque esta bueno para mi salud y mi mente.

Normalmente hago ejercicio en la mañana porque tengo tiempo. Trabajo mucho horas y me gusta mi noches con mi esposa.

Este mañana estaba fuerte y Laura no dormí. Normalmente no despierto a Laura cuando voy a gimnasio. Laura no estaba contenta porque desperté a las 5:55 esta mañana.
