Fue muy interesante pensar en el idioma Sami y sus palabras muy específicas y evocativas. En Wisconsin tenemos palabras usadas en el invierno que no son completamente desconocidas aqui (en el area de la Bahia), pero tampoco se utilizan muy a menudo. Por ejemplo: “hielo negro,” que significa hielo en la superficie de la calle o la carretera que está tan fino que no se puede verlo- no es blanco como hielo o nieve, es el color (normalmente negro) de la calle y por eso es muy peligroso.
