El Viaje a Myanmar

Carlos y yo juntos con un equipo de quince voluntarios fuimos a Myanmar para hacer cirugía del labio leporino. Nosotros fuimos al mismo pueblo, Sagaing, como el ano pasado.

Mi trabajo fue la coordinadora de los actividades de familia. Este trabajo es muy recompensado porque yo ayude (?yo estoy ayudando?) las familias durante un tiempo muy difícil. !Por suerte, yo tuve un traductor! El ano pasado no lo tuve. Por lo tanto, mi trabajo este ano fue mas fácil. A mi me hace falta el traductor. Yo me siento bien cuando yo estoy ayudando las familias.

La mayor parte de la gente que fue al hospital fue granjeros, ambos los hombres y las mujeres. La mayor parte de la gente vino del norte de Myanmar. Nosotros reconocemos a cien viente y ocho pacientes y elegimos ochenta cinco pacientes para hacer cirugía.

Carlos y otro cirujano, Gagan, hicieron mas o menos nueve cirugías todos los días. Hubo solamente un día libro. A este día nosotros hicimos turismo y compras.

A mi me gusta la comida birmano pero no había mucho carne o pescado. Alguna comida fue picante pero no fue demasiado picante.
