Jamón
En el fin de semana pasado, yo ví un documental corto. El nombre de la película es Jamón, la historia de esencia. Yo aprendí sobre un campesino de una familia quien crían cerdos por jamón ibérico. Su jamón es muy famoso, especial y maravilloso. Yo comí jamón ibérico cuando estuve a España. La region de su campesino es Extremadura en el oeste de España. Los cerdos solo alimentan bellotas y viven una vida buena en el campo. Cocineros famosos de todo el mundo cocinan con este jamón. Ellos se lo compran por los platos especiales.
