El artículo nos da consejo bueno sobre como preservar nuestro poder mental. He oído también que una razón por que olvidamos ciertas cosas cuando volvimos más de edad es porque tenemos tanta información en nuestros cabezas. Es como nuestros cerebros vuelven llena. Mucha gente se queja que perdimos la capacidad de memoria por que los computadores y teléfonos tienen todos los números de teléfono y otra información que no tenemos de aprender de memoria. Quizás es verdad pero creo que usamos nuestros celebros in otras maneras aprendiendo los nuevos sistemas de los computadores como las cambia cada año o dos años. Pienso que lo más importante para preservar nuestro poder mental, como dice el artículo, es que seguimos aprendiendo durante todo la vida.
