Cada vez que oigo hablar de una comida rara como el queso casu marzu, me pregunto cómo la gente la descubrió? Si me dé cuenta que un queso tenía gusanos, no lo comería, incluso si alguien me lo sirva en un plato de plata. Y nunca lo comería si supiera que podría envenenarme. Entonces, es increíble darme cuenta que alguien encontró este queso con bichos y lo probó por primera vez. Imagino que mucha gente hubiera muerto al probar cosas como frutas del bosque y peces globos. No es difícil imaginar probar una fruta pero me sorprende que alguien probase quesos mohosos, por ejemplo, o otras cosas que huelen or parecen podridas. Supongo que cada persona vaya a su bola! Por mi parte, me considero una comedora aventurera pero no tengo que probar todo. Es probable que siga con comida no tóxica.
