El fin de semana pasado fue muy lleno de actividades. Adolfo y mi padre fueron a esquiar a Kirkwood, así que me quedé con mi madre en la casa de mis padres. Adolfo salió de San Francisco a las 10:30 de la noche para conducir a Sutter Creek. Cuando se fue, le dije: "Cuando llegues a Sutter Creek, envíame un mensaje de texto para que sepa que llegaste allí de manera segura.” Trabajaré este fin de semana, así que tuve que terminar todas mis vacaciones horneadas el fin de semana pasado. Mi madre y yo hicimos muchos tipos diferentes de galletas: biscotti, galletas de anís, galletas de mantequilla francesas (sable), galletas austriacas y muchas otras. Fue tan agradable estar en casa. También, hice mucha tarea. Tengo que completar todo mi trabajo escolar antes del 17 de diciembre, así que hay mucho por hacer. Cuando termine este trimestre, estaré muy aliviada (¡con tal de que las tareas finales vayan bien!). El domingo por la noche, invitamos a algunos amigos a nuestra casa para los latkes a fin de celebrar Hanukkah.
