Estuve sorprendida aprender que leemos más despacio desde una pantalla que con un documento en papel. Yo asocio las pantallas con la velocidad y no creo que soy sola en esto. Quizás si imprimiera los artículos que debo leer para mi trabajo, me organizaría mejor para leerlos. Cuando era pequeña, me encantaba leer, pasaba días con la nariz entre libros. Fue en parte por qué necesité mis primeras gafas cuando sólo tenia 6 años. Me entristece ver que he abandonado este pasatiempo. Pero me duelen los ojos y la cabeza cada noche, después de 8 horas de pantalla al trabajo más las horas pasadas mirando mi teléfono.
