Continuamos con el vocabulario del tercero episodio de "Comida Callejera: America Latina":
Brindar por la vida: celebrar la vida
Sumarse: Reunirse, como los ingredientes
Asiento: Generalmente una silla, también puede referirse a un lugar. Pero en el programa se usa la palabra para hablar de la manteca de cerdo. 
Enojón: Irascible a veces 
Espesado: denso (como por una salsa)
Aguantar: soportar una situación desagradable
No dilató mucho: No esperó, no perdió tiempo
Tuna: No es el atún, es el fruto de la planta conocida como nopal.
Estar a gusto conmigo: Sentirse bien conmigo
