Hay dos películas que son muy importantes para mí: La Ciencia del Sueño y Eterno Resplandor de Una Mente Sin Recuerdos. Las dos películas están dirigidas por Michel Gondry. En La Ciencia del Sueño, el personaje principal, Gael García Bernal, es un hombre con sueños vívidos que a menudo interfiere con su capacidad para interactuar con la realidad. Se enamora de una mujer francesa y entran y salen del mundo imaginario en su cerebro. En Eterno Resplandor, una pareja que no está enamorada se somete a un procedimiento médico para borrarse de sus recuerdos. El arte que creo está fuertemente inspirado en estas películas. Lo que más me gusta de estas películas son las estéticas. Usan accesorios exagerados, siguen líneas de tiempo extrañas y tienen formas inusuales de contar historias. Aprecio la mezcla de realidad y fantasía. Cuando no me siento creativo, veo estas películas y generalmente me ayuda a pensar en nuevas ideas para mi propio arte.
