Para mí, es necesito pensar bastante sobre el alimento. Durante los últimos 10 años, he evitado los alimentos que contienen la harina de trigo. Tengo la enfermedad celíaca, lo que significa que tengo una reacción alérgica a gluten que se encuentra en la harina de trigo y el centeno. El gluten me duele el estómago y me siente mal. Afortunadamente hay algunas alternativas tipos de harina para hacer pasta, pasteles y la galetas, y no lo extraño, excepto el pan sin gluten no me gusta. Tengo ganas del invento de uno sucedáneo del trigo que permitirá un pan crujiente y sabroso.
