La proteína

No puedo escribir mucho, porque me torcí mi muñeca y hacer la máquina es doloroso. Soy diestra, entonces, es afortunado que es mi muñeca izquierda y puedo usar mi mano derecho como normal. Desgraciadamente, no puedo nadar, ni me pongo un neopreno, pero estoy aprovechando la oportunidad a aclimatarme al agua frio solo en el traje de nadar. Cada día entro en el agua por unos minutos, y ¡entonces a la sauna!
