Creo que casi todas personas tienen una fascinación con su dieta y han probado algún tipo de dieta de abnegación. No sé por qué este joven sujeto recibió tanta atención por su experimento personal, pero después de verlo en YouTube, decidí que es porque él es guapo. No hay ninguna otra explicación excepto que las productores de LifeHunters reconozcan una buena historia cuando la vean.

En cambio, si la consecuencia de este experimento es convencer a algunas personas a bajar su consumo de azúcar, alcohol y comida chatarra, eso no le hace daño a nadie. Hay investigaciones recientes que indican que azúcar fundido puede ser una causa de algunos síndromes metabolicos. Si programas com estos pueden llamar la atención de las personas que tengan problemas relacionadas a ingerir demasiado azúcar, valdría un poco de comercialismo.
