Leí un artículo en un sitio de japonés sobre la mujer que escribió en la red su experiencia ofendida en un lugar de comida rápida. Ella se enojó porque un empleado le dijo que ella debió calmar a su niño. Ella creyó que su niño no fue ruidoso pero el empleado dijo a ella tres veces prestarle atención a su niño. Entonces ella dijo al empleado que nunca volvería y el empleado contestó,“Está bien.” Ella se enojó más porque cuado salió, nadie dijo a ella “Gracias.” La respuesta del empleado no fue muy apropiada basado en el principio japonés donde se dice el cliente es el Dios (más que el rey). Pero mucha gente hizo comentarios en la red que la respuesta del empleado fue válida y resonable. Algunos creen que ella se enojó porque el empleado señaló que ella le faltó disciplina de su niño y algunos dicen que es mejor que no hay los clientes molestos. ¿ Qué piensas de que el empleado tiene razón o la clienta tiene razón?
