Que plantas mejoran tu estado de ánimo

No es una sorpresa que algunos plantas tienen propriedades naturales utilizado para el tratamiento de enfermedades y dolencias. Algunos plantas mencionado en el artículo tienen cosas que ahora son disponible in pastillas, como magnesio. Me pregunto si las pastillas son tan eficaz como la acelga.

Para relajar, estoy pensando de recibir un masaje con aciete de lavanda, y despues un té de manzanilla y la hierba de San Juan. Al mismo tiempo, puedo comer las semillas de girasol.

Pero, en realidad, soy una persona calma. No pienso que necisite eso tipo de plantas. Pienso que necisito el opuesto. Posible debo bebir algo con mucho cafeína y inhalar cocaína!
