Leí sobre el autor, Dr. Maria Chiara Di Cesare. Ella tiene una maestra en estadisticas y demografía, y un doctorado en demografía. Sus estudios enfocan en los factores de riesgo para enfermedades. También enfoca en la nutrición de niños. Tiene sentido que ella hizo una estudia sobre los crecimientos en altura con la conclusión de que la altura depende en el medioambiente.
El artículo dijo que los hombres argentinos son los adultos más altos de la región -con 174,6 cm- y las mujeres guatemaltecas las más bajas -con 149,4 cm de altura en promedio. Me pregunta que cosas en la dieta o otras cosas en el medioambiente causan esos diferencias. Posible el bife de Argentina es responsable, con mucho proteína.
