La difícil tarea de inventor una gran receta.

 

La historia de los raviolis es interesante.  Empezo con el “wantan” de China.  Parece similar a un sandwich – algo de trigo con carne u otro ingredientes adentro.

Espero que los raviolis con huevos son grandes para tener espacio para el huevo.  Y porque se usan solamente una yema del huevo, parece un poco complicado armar.

Es interesante que la motivación era que el concinero podría quedar la sobra del dinero ahorrado del presupuesto original.  En general, eso es una mala idea.  El concinero vaya usar ingredientes peores.   No se lo que los dueños de casa estaban pensando.
