Tarea de Pablo - clase de Carmen - 7 de octubre 2020 – La Comida del Calle en Oaxaca, Mexico

Primero, pregunté a Carmen que fuera la tarea, porque me olvidé. Segundo, necesité pedir a mi esposa si tenemos Netflix. Yo casi nunca veo a Netflix. Después, determiné cómo cambiar la lengua y subtitilos de ingles a español.  Hice todo esa mañana, y no tenia tiempo para ver todo el episodo.

 

Apredi que el maíz, casi el vegetal favorito mia, era el base de muchas comidas de Oaxaca. El mole siempre era un misterio a mi. Aprendi que es de origen indígena, y es simplemente espesada con maíz y chile. Diferente tipos de chile lo da su color.

 

No tuvé tiempo para ver todo el episodo hoy, pero entendí casi todo. No oía jerga. No entendí la palabra “tyaluda,” por ejemplo, que aparentemente es una manera perfecta para cerrar la noche. Pero después se explicó que es un tipo de tortilla con queso, frijoles y carne.
