Busqué el estudio Global Traffic Scorecard, y discubrí que San Francisco es numero 65 en la lista, detras de Pittsburg (59), Seattle (58), Los Angeles (47), Nueva York (40), Chicago (23), y Washington D.C. (19). Wichita, Kansas es 219. Parece que el método del estudio había cambiado. En 2016, Los Angeles fue numero 1, Moscu 2, Nueva York 3, San Francisco 4, Bogota 5. Puedo creer que Bogota fue de numero 5 a numero 1. Pero no puedo creer que Nueva York fuera de 3 a 40. Buenos Aires no esta en la lista porque Argentina no fue uno de los 38 paises estudiado. ¿Me pregunto que fue los criterios para seleccionar los paises? Parece que el numero de horas perdidos no es el numero total de horas en coche, sino los horas en congestión - cuando el velocidad es bajo del un nivel.
