¿Son los pólemicos monopatines eléctricos el futuro del transporte en las grandes ciudades?

Si yo fuera una cirujana ortopédica, poca ética, invertiría en una empresa de monopatines eléctricos y presionaría para este modo de transporte, pero ya que soy solamente una peatona humilde, no quiero ver millones de estés insectos correteando por las aceras.

Para mí, no me molesta tanto que la gente los usen para moverse por la ciudad, pero creo que necesitamos hacer algo igual a Washington D.C. donde restringen la cantidad de monopatines alquilados para ver cómo prevenir, por lo menos, algunos accidentes inevitables.

La verdad es que si fuera joven, yo sé que desearía usarlos. Puedo verme, subiendome y bajándome las colinas de San Francisco, como una mariposa, sin miedo y con una sonrisa grande.
