Tarea para la clase de Sebastián 9 de septiembre - Meredith

Este extracto crea un mundo entero desde la primera frase. Es una mezcla interesante entre el punto de vista del niño, y un poco de la sabiduría del narrador omnisciente. Por ejemplo, es imposible que el niño hubiera sabido que su padre estuviera llorando “a escondidas” en el comedor mientras “hablaba“ con su madre en la habitación. Pero la mayor parte del cuento parece el mundo de un niño, con memorias de los  sentidos que le dieron los espacios (grandes, por supuesto) y la luz, y con todo bañado en un aura de misterio y magia. No me sorprendería si los miembros del “gremio” tengan poderes especiales, ni si pudieran volar, leer las mentes de otras personas, o si tuvieran edades muy distintas a las que parezcan. Es solo la primera parte del libro, pero ya está un ambiente propicio para magos.
